We are so excited to be able to contribute to your relaxing vacation in your dream summer home where you can put your mind at ease. As a vacationer, you don’t have to worry about booking fees.
Our motto is: When you are satisfied, we are too! Positive word-of-mouth is our biggest payoff.

Request a Property:

As soon as you have found your own exceptional vacation accommodations, please click on the button “Request Info” under the picture of the property. Next, under where it says state your first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number you can send us an inquiry, without having to register yourself. There you will find a map showing where your vacation spot is. Please contact Holiday4FairRental if you need an exact address. We will be in direct contact with you to respond to your inquiry. You will receive an e-mail from us with all the details and information that you will need before making a booking:
1) Availability of the property
2) Breakdown of the rental price and what it includes (i.e. water, electricity, pool usage, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, waste disposal)
3) What extra costs are not included in the rental price? These can vary from property to property. Some extra costs are mandatory, such as: final cleaning flat rates and linens. Other extra costs are optional, for example: hand towels, wifi, crib or high chair.
4) Information on tourist tax (Taxa Touristica)
5) Traveling with pets (dogs are welcome in most of our properties and stay for free, merely a small fee is added to the final cleaning, and the deposit may vary)
6) Deposit: subject to the proprietor concerning the administered transaction and reimbursement procedure
7) Information on booking and payment handling

Booking a Property:

Please share with us your desired booking and accept the terms via e-mail. Next, send us your address, telephone number, number of people traveling with you and their ages, plus a photo of your dog if you have one accompanying you. If you would like to book any of the added services, please let us know. Lastly, you will receive our account number for transfer of payment. You will not receive any details via postal service and are not obligated to sign anything. The bilateral e-mail confirmation is the basis for the property rental. By payment to Günter Schütz, (made out to “Holiday4FairRental”) you accept our terms and conditions. (see our website www.Holiday4FairRental.com “Guide to Booking and Terms and Conditions”)

Payment:

Upon reservation, a 25% of the entire rental price should be transferred to Günter Schütz within 5 days.
Please do not make transfers to bank accounts if the name on the account does not match identically!
Please include the given reference number so that we may properly allocate your payment. FYI, your booking will be “reserved” even before we receive the deposit.
However, if payment is not received within 5 days of making the booking, your reservation will be canceled.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an e-mail from Holiday4FairRental with the booking confirmation for the approved number of people.
Please wire the remaining balance to Günter Schütz 6 weeks before departure. Please include the given reference number so that we may properly allocate your payment.
For last-minute bookings / arrivals the renter should make payments cash-in-hand to the proprietor or a similarly authorized person.
Should you not have already made the transfer, you are responsible for any extra costs, the deposit and the tourist tax, which are handed in cash to the proprietor or similarly authorized person upon arrival.

Warm Reception:

In all of our holiday accommodations, our vacationers are personally greeted and taken in.
Along with the booking confirmation, you will also be given the exact property address, travel directions and contact information of the person who will meet you upon arrival. This may be the proprietor or a similarly authorized person.

Arrival / Departure:

The day of your arrival you will have access to the premises at 5pm. The day of your departure check-out time will be 10am.
On the day of your departure, your holiday accommodation will be well-swept, the grill cleaned and all garbage removed for disposal.

Which documents do I need to bring with me? / Paperwork / Taxa Touristica:

Please have the following papers with you upon arrival: booking confirmation and passports for all the reserved guests / personal identification cards.
The proprietor needs these documents for registration procedures. All guests are to register (registry of logged persons) and check in with the mossos d’esquadra.
The tourist tax (TAXA TOURISTICA) is to be brought and paid to the Generalitat de Catalunya. (max. 7 nights, per person per night 0.50€)
